Many furnished homes simply need reorganization by decluttering and rearranging existing furnishings and accessories.

Unfurnished, vacant homes appear cold and uninviting. And often, the illusion of space is lost, so home buyers cannot visually place their furnishings. Rented furnishings and accessories ‘show’ buyers how they could arrange their furnishings to fit nicely in the space.

Staging a dated home with modern furnishings and accessories can allow prospective buyers to see potential for the home.

Sometimes, the home may need substantial home renovations, which could include rearrangement of furnishings, significant organization, packing and moving personal items to storage, interior design and/or possible repairs (painting, construction, plumbing, etc).

We will provide you with the temporary furnishings and decor to define every space in your home. Even if your home is a bit dated, we can dress up the space to meet today’s modern standard.

In this instance, a rate quote is typically easier to determine. However, should the property need post-move cleaning, renovation and/or repairs, those items will be at an additional cost.

Although difficult to quote without walking the space with the homeowner, it’s as simple as scheduling a tour of the home to estimate what to what extent a redesign or repairs may be needed. Once determined, we provide you with a specific quote for your property needs.

The Real Estate Staging Association studied the market, particularly a select 89 unstaged homes, which remained on the market on average for 166+ days. Once staged, these homeowners got their first offer within an average of 32 days; 9 with multiple offers! It is proven that staged properties often sell 50-80% faster, eliminating months of carrying costs, as well as an increased average sale price at 7-10% more than a non-staged home.

In addition, a survey was sent to 49,104 Realtors by the National Association of Realtors. Of the thousands that responded, 37% suggest a staged home increases the value of the home 1% to 5%, while 22% suggest an increased value of 6% to 10%, and another 8% suggest a 16% to 20% increase of the dollar value for staged homes compared to offers for the home not staged.

We offer professional photographs of the home and will create a marketing piece to assist you and your Realtor in the sale of your home.
