What are you working on when you don’t have a business project going?
Of course, looking for another project. But as an entrepreneur, there’s plenty of other things that need to be done. Like marketing for leads, bookkeeping, accounting to prepare for taxes, entering mileage and per diem, networking and soooo much more!
What am I doing this week? I’ve been working on perfecting my marketing plan for my Real Estate Clients. It is finished! And it is beyond! I’m so excited to SHOW new Clients what I can do for them (instead of just tell them) to get their house SOLD faster and for more money! It’s much more impressive in writing, if I do say so myself. Time to take my career as a REALTOR to the next level!
I’ve also created a full size business brochure and new postcards. Plus, I’ve editted my book drafts (coming soon!) and have prepared a leads list so I can get started as soon as my books arrive. I’m excited to share them in my updated pre-listing packets. They’ll address inherited properties, vacant properties, expired listings, divorce properties, For Sale By Owners and more. Tons of information to further help my Client’s find the best solution to suit their needs. Times are difficult enough, so I will be arming them with knowledge so they can make informed decisions!
